Had my T16S on the dyno yesterday,
Set up is as follows:-
Jt downpipe - opened out 1 box system thereafter,
TD04 15t-6 turbo,
1s water injection 10psi cut in,
MSD BTM - off boost 23 btdc - 13btdc full boost - pressure relief set to 13psi - ie all retard in by 13psi,
Volvo 700 series Intercooler,
30lb injectors - 2.5bar fpr - 270 ohm resistor mod,
Tweaked apc - 1.2 bar stable boost, peak torque is around 1.3 bar so fairly stable.
Now for the worrying part - my afr was showing around 15.5 - 16:1 at peak torque :-( - falling to 15:1 thereafter - obviously im puzzled by this as my car is running your recommended set up fuel wise,
Power at the wheels was 215bhp at 5000rpm's - im not sure about the way the rollers were loaded up as 6 weeks ago my car showed peak hp at 5700rpms with the same timing set up but richer afr - afr was showing 11:1 - too rich.
Does the wideband sound doubtfull - my reasoning is that the car previously had to have fuel pressure increased to 4 bar base setting with the 30lb injectors at this dyno to get good afr last year which put some doubt in my mind as to the accuracy of the wideband.....
Car was running the T3 trim 45 back then with stock downpipe.
Any ideas??
