To change your setup from a smbc to a normal MBC setup, you will have to first unblock your bleedport on the mbc. Since you are already tapped from the turbo compressor, all you will be doing is unhokking the hose from the Wastegate and plugging it into the other side of the MBC. This will leave 2 of the three ports on the BPC empty. For safe measure and to keep the BPC clean, plug up the two ports with a spare piece of hose to each other.
This is now bypassing the the BPC and your MBC will now be responsible for controlling boost pressure.
Once you're comfortable with that setup and like it there are a few stages you can go from there. You can tap the TB instead of the turbo for better boost pressure without drop off and you can add an Air pressure regulator to deal with the pressure spikes that MBC's are known for.
Setup the MBC and see if you like that first. Your setting going from the SMBC will most likely be lower than what you'll want from the MBC setup. Raise boost on thew MBC slowly until you have found the upperlimit where fuel cuts begin to occur. You'll know whe a fuel cut is delivered as the car wil hesitate/jerk for a brief moment. The back of the MBC to where yuou don't hit the cut.
What you will notice is that outside air temps greatly affect boost pressure and colder air will cause you mbc setting to overshoot. The MBC+A setup will deal with the overshoots or pressure spikes well.
