I think #30s are about as big as you want to go I ran a RRFPR with accells #30 & still had to run about 200 ohms resistance in the amm with the amm set at 150 ohm to get closed loop cruising & idle & stil got good fueling at WOT for 21lb boost spike faling back to 17ish at the revlimit
& if not running water injection definatly use the dist adv tweak to get the spoolup a lil better & still get enough retard under boost to satisfy your knock sensor & pistons
the other thing you might comsider is doing what I did use the volvo 2.2 LH ecu amm injs (31 lb hr)& resister pack it is mapped much better for a larger turbo aplication than a patched up saab 2.2 LH is
I run a T3/60 with a .63 turbine housing & love this turbo its awesome
I would definatly listen to brad he is a pretty fart smella I mean smart fella:-)
