The larger air mass meter and pcs would be good for the power side of things. The issue that most users will run into with a stock SAAB ecu is getting it to start. The air mass meter is not considered by the ecu during cranking for starting. The engine temp is the biggest factor. When you crank the injectors will open the same amount with stock injectors or 46# one. With anything over 30# the engine will normally flood and not start. This can be tricked but it is shade tree at best. I even feal the resistor to run 30# injectors is shade tree but cost effective.
The larger air mass meter with pcs is somthing that I did not mention because I have not done it and proved to my self its operation. In the same vane you could use a MAP sensor and a pc programable controller and do away with the air mass meter. The amount of time and tuning would not be fun.
