I have this 86 notch up the hill which I like allot the C900 is in my opinion an awesome car
Im thinking of doing something realy far out with it
1 get nissan Z trans & indipendant rear suspension turn the engine around & make an adapter for the engine to trans & Ill have to get a lil inventive with the flywheel starter setup I might be able to use the saab flywheel & starter with the sab backplate that the starter bolts too & just cut the bell housing to fit around
than the plumming 9K exhaust manifold would lend itself nicley to this aplication
the steering will be a bit tricky but I saw a couple of V8 C900s at SOC so its doable I even thought of swaping the spindles to get a front steer setup to open the tunnel up
the other would be subaru 4 wheel drive but Im not sure if the centerline of the front axle leaves enough room between the bell housing & the radiator for an inline 4
I could also look at audi for the quatro setup
this coming spring Im putting a fresh motor & trans in the SPG so the folowing year Il prolly do the notch but who knows I do get a hair up my ass sometimes & take on too much & manage to get it all done
I think the notch will make a verry un suspecting hotrod
well.... I guess I fealt like typing a bit now Im done
