You could work off this idea but Just compare between abs sensors and then work w/ the apc to cut back boost.

"Most ABS systems can be tapped off and run into an integrator that will
generate a voltage based on wheel speed. You then would need to build a
similiar controller to set up a reference voltage for the crank.
You would then set a threshold that would compare the crank voltage to the
ABS voltage, and when the ABS voltage is higher it would send a trigger
signal..
I have rigged up a similiar unit that then sends a trigger signal to the
knock sensor input, which then retards the timing slightly... The good thing
about this is that it can be done with any car with a knock sensor input,
and you can still keep the original knock sensor connected. You would have
to figure out what voltage the ECU sees on its knock sensor input, then
match it and put it directly to the pin of the ECU.
Its not as dramatic as some traction control systems, but it will work and
help.
