I'm assuming you have std. 900 15x5.5 rims--- if so, 205/55's may be too wide, resulting in excessive sidewall flex. You should at least check which tires people have tried with this combo. As for the alignment, was everything in spec before you changed things? I had intrax + konis put on my '87 900T, and they checked the alignment before and after, and didn't have to change anything. Handling & feel were greatly improved, with no downside (other than a rougher ride(!)).
