What mods do you have now? The exaust will not make too much difference by itself. Ditto for the IC. But they both would let a MBC+A work some magic.

No CAT is illegal. Inspections there? You cannot sell or trade the vehicle in that condition.

See the link for another option. Many have used that and it is well regarded. Easy to install. Not too loud. No resonator. $335US + ''tip''

The exhaust systems are cat back, really flex pipe back. The cat is in the down pipe and the cat is under the engine. So you will not be near that with a new cat back system.

JT down pipe without cat is $324, with cat is $742. These are 3" with 3" flex pipe.
