sounds like pilot bearing noise if it has one?
the other things that hapen are a groove where the throw out bearing meets the pressure plate this can cause noise sorta like what you discribe & friction material glazing & or PP & flywheel grooving or uneven surface wear:-)
basicaly if it were me I wouldent wory about it too much if it gets worse or if it annoys you enough have it taken apart & inspected by a good tech & do a quality clutch job also a good time for an upgrade too :-)
