To say something conclusive about this, I guess I'd need an acceleration dyno run. As you can see from the numbers, there's no overshoot to speak of with the static measurement. Frank did say boost pressure was 1.2 bar all the way until 5,000 rpm at which point it dropped off to 1.0.
Anyways - unless I find something awry on driving the thing I consider this project finished.
The fuel and ignition ECU's have been reprogrammed on-situ by the best guys in the business over here, they conmsider the job is done, the result is a very smooth and consistent torque curve, and my wallet is drained.
I might not have got the peak hp number I hoped for, but I do have over 320 Nm of torque all the way from 2,250 to 5,500 rpm which in conjunction with a kerb weight of just ~1,200 kg should result in a very very fast and enjoyable car.
Now to put back the interior, tighten some loose ends, get her through inspection (overdue) and hopefully I finally get to enjoy the car to the full... :-)
