The C900 is a great car & I think it can do great at drivers schools as well. My goal is to get my car closer to 2700 lbs & simply removing the rear seats took off about 100 lbs by itself, plus the removal of AC & a few other misc items I think I will be close. I have only attended 1 school with my adjustable springs & the difference is amazing vs the SPG springs or intrax. Even my instructor who had a H&R/Dinan equipped E36 M3 was very impressed with the handling of the car.

There is a reason you see so man 911's at drivers schools, they are built for it from the factory! Your dad's vintage many feel are the best of the 911's due to their low weight & good reliability.

EVO's I have never been a fan of them, can't get over the looks mostly. In the last 2 months there have been 2 wrecked evo's from people I know. I was surprised at my last school actually, my stock viggen was 2.5 sec quicker then the quickest evo8 at the track, but the evo should of been quicker!

I am not sure what I would do if I was in your shoes, all the cars you listed would perform great at a driver school but for me personally I like being the underdog. If you use the SPG for the shcools you know about the weak trans, I use MT-90 for driver schools & I have had great luck with it.

hopefully I will have some in car video of my next school which I can share
