I did the axel swap on my 85 900T. It was a pretty involved project I installed the 88+ axles, rear parking brake, 9000 calipers, and 91+ seat brackets. This is by no means a novice project, there is lots of cutting and welding involved to do it right.
Heres a quick list of parts your going to need.
88+ non ABS turn knuckles/hubs
88+ non ABS axles
88+ non ABS rear axel/hubs
(may need to swap tripods if still using 86 gearbox, don't know for sure because I replaced my transmission as well. )
88+ non ABS brake booster and master cylinder
2 hard brake lines from master to splitter on fire wall
parking brake handle and bracket ( will need to source from a salvage yard or dealer)
parking brake cables
94 9000 rotors
94 9000 calipers (brake line bracket for front calipers will need to be attached either by welding etc)
88+ brake lines
88+ wheels
If you plan to do seat brackets as well you will need these additional parts:
92+ seat brackets from donor car or dealer
92+ non passive front seats
92+ front seat belts
92+ center console
92+ window switch pack
92+ carpets
92+ door sills
Thats all I can think of right now, I may have missed something, its been a few years since I did this.
hope this helps
