IC is the intercooler and IC-TB is the pipe running from the intercooler to the throttle body. It is a black pipe that runs from the front of the engine bay, over the right side of the engine and then hooks to the left and connects to the throttle body. This pipe delivers the cooled air from the intercooler to the throttle body.
