What I mean is, isn't the throttle response/spool-up married to the boost level for your purposes? You need one to get the other? I guess I haven't heard of anyone getting quicker boost w/o also getting more boost.
I think the negatives are shortened parts life. Maybe it's only something like head gaskets? Doesn't everything associated with power generation & management get put under more stress in this kind of mod?
