the volvo IC flows aprox 200CFM & cools great
pressure drop at higher RPMS would be high but it is pretty efficient at cooling the intake air perticularly at low to mid RPMS
Id say it is Ok up to 300 HP & that would be pushing it I think in reality to make 300 HP without stressing out the turbo 500CFM is recomended
the tallon IC by core size should flow aprox 300 CFM but is less eficient so its sorta 6 of one 1/2 dosen of the other
the tallon unit is easier to install
