1. Take a flat head screwdriver, and place it on top of the hose and gentley press down on it. The hose seems to get a little stuck from the heat and applying a little pressure with the screwdriver from the TOP of the hose, you can break that seal. Hold the screwdriver near the tip. You are just using it to apply a little pressure from the top of the hose pushing it off the BPC barb. But do it gently. With the tip of the screwdriver in your hand you can hold onto the BPC and the hose so that you don't crack the BPC.
2. Only adjust the Dawes from the 90 degree end. The red on the other end (staight barb) is loctite and doesn't need to be moved. Besides you would only be unscrewing the female brass barb and not changing anything as the center valve contains the ball and spring.
Keep your setting mild. More threads = less boost. Too high a setting and your limp Home Mode.
