to stay with NGK. The trionic ECU seems to like them better. I run NGK BCPR6ES-11 gapped at .037" and torqued to 20 lb-ft. (Spec for my car is NGK BCPR7ES-11 gapped at .039"). Some people run the NGK platinum plugs (Dean on the NG900 board runs these and I can't remember the number for 'em). He likes them, but they are costly. Point is, stick with NGK and don't mess with the fancy 4-pronged plugs or the split V plugs.
