I have one of the fastest saabs on this board. I love my Viggen and no other car all in all really compares imo.

It just seems that you eventually will come to a point where you have to realize that a Saab is a Saab not a super hi performance car, and most likely will never be.

Unfortunately 300-350hp is a really high number for Saab performance.

I will always be a Saab owner and will always be tinkering with them to get more power, but there are real practical limits here. My saabs ('85 spg, '90 900 + '01 Viggen) can be quick cars but will never be fast cars.

My mindset is starting become that I'll keep saabin' but when I want hi-performance it'll be in a rwd car with a s/c or turbo V8.

I haven't decided yet, but I think I'll be kickin it with a V8 soon. Thx for the input Jak, you got me getting nostalgic and not wanting to get rid of my Viggen now :-(
