bend the peg away from the step in the arm by putting one jaw on top of the peg & the other jaw on the rivit on the back side
bend the peg so the gap between the peg & the retard stop is about twice the OE gap eyeballing it
with a basicaly stock car with the APC turned up use a bike pump & put pressure on the hose to the vacum diaphram at least 10 PSI no more than 30 PSI set the timing to 10-11 BTDC than release the pressure & re check the timing it will be around 19-21 BTDC
this works great
