Sounds a bit exagerated or perhaps you meant fwhp (flywheel horsepower). Anyway, what you have is more accurately called pressure plate woes. On a tuned 9000, it's the pressure plate that is the weak link. If you check-out the higher tuning stages offered by MapTun, you'll see that they use the RaceEngineering pressure plate (Sachs) with the stock clutch disk. I used this pressure plate on my 300 hp 9000 and it worked flawlessly. This should be good for well over 400 hp, but will also give a much heavier clutch pedal and will also expose any weaknesses that may exist in your clutch hydraulics - better change the rubber hydraulic line to the slave with a braided stainless reinforced hose (GenuineSaab carries them).
