T-7 High Altitude Upgrades? Any experiences?

Sometime in the next few months I'm planning on doing some upgrades to my base model 2000 9-3. A friend of mine is going to fabricate an upgraded rear sway bar for me (1" heat-treated), and I'll fabricate my own rack clamp and brace upgrade, do poly bushings and the major things I've read about to help handling.
Now, let's talk about the ECU, exhaust, and intake upgrades. There seems to be plenty of good information available on what kind of performance to expect from the different manufacturers for 99% of the population within a couple hundred feet of sea level--but I haven't found any good information on what works well at high altitude. I live in Colorado Springs, CO, at over 6,000 ft above sea level.
I'm looking for anybody else who has an upgraded T-7 car who is at least a mile high (5,280'). I want to know all of your performance upgrades. If you've got dyno results including A/F ratios I'd really like to see what the results were. I want to know how the combination of high altitude and crappy gas (91 octane gets called "premium"--which would be OK without forced induction) is working for you.
Thanks!
