I have heard good things about Kilen springs. Probably what I'd buy if I wanted to give up my SPG springs already on my car. Supposedly the Kilens are more supple and less "jarring" over rough roads than the abbot springs. Lower springs doesn't always mean better handling either. Stiffer springs will most likely mean better handling however. Shocks and tire sizing and wheel sizing make quite a bit of difference in handling also... The 15mm diference in the ride height of both types of springs may not be the deciding factor for your taste. Also, you need to figure out exactly just how low you really can drop your car with adequate clearance for tires based on whatever size you have already chosen! The lower the spring, the more taught it must be to keep the car from bottoming out, and the heavier valving shocks you then must have to keep control of the car. Decide how you want to use the car and make spring/shock/tire choices based on that. But I think the Kilens are supposed to be very good medium springs for both handling and some ride comfort, similar to the spg springs but alittle lower and a little more taught. Kilens are probably not for racing, there are better ie "stiffer" springs for that.
