get cut. It looks (to me) like the same vents(style) that are on the hood. I assume these are for letting fresh air into the fender well for a cold air intake type system. My question is how were the vents cut into the fender? I have seen this on many different cars and I can't seem to repeat it on scrape fenders. I'm guessing there is a crimping type tool that forces the metal apart. Or something like that.
TIA
