Much of the fade experienced in the stock brakes is due to the stock fluid- its boiling temperature is too low. Stopping hard boils the brake fluid and creates air bubbles in the lines. These bubbles compress under braking, usurping braking force and causing fade.
I use Ate super blue and Greenstuff pads. The pads glaze on heavier cars like Saabs, but if you don't see the track more than a couple times a year they are ok. If you do lots of laps you should definately get something better like the Ferodos.
Stock rotors are fine.
