Both are good brands which make quality speakers. If one has a rubber surround and the other is foam, but the rubber. If one has a paper (or treated paper), and one is out of some type of polypropylene or other plastic type material, buy that over that paper. Also, if they differ, soft dome tweeters (especially the inexpensive ones) will generally sound smoother and less harsh than a hard dome made of polycarbonate or aluminum.
The rubber over foam and polypropylene over paper are mainly for issues of longevity, rather than sound quality per se. You want something that can stand up to extremes of temperature and humidity well.
Beyond that, higher sensitivity is generally better, as is a more extended frequency range. However, without tolerances for the frequency response, the manufacturer specs. don't do much good. What's really needed is the response curve, something few manufacturers provide (though some have it on the box the speaker comes in).
Anyway, didn't mean to ramble on, this probably doesn't help too much.. :)
