I got the fast road dump valve with adjustable vacuum connection. I bought mine a year ago so they must have gone up in price. 105 still isn't that bad for a BOV and unfortunetly valves are usually expensive. With the MBC it's a preety good idea to upgrade the valve though. I love mine and I tihnk it was worth it. If you want to go cheap though try to find an old viggen dump valve. They are made by forge and come stock in the vigs(obviously) they're internals are a little stiffer than the stock 9.3s so if you want to go cheap, get that.
