Took the car in to my friend/mechanic & we talked for a few minutes about the issues I am having with the SPG. As it turns out the IC pipe which does a 180 from the turbo slid off the turbo. The shop that did the pipeing did a crappy job & didn't line the pipe properly with the turbo & also used the wrong connector/rubber boot. So we clocked the turbo just a little to align the pipe better & I have boost. The funny this was, is that I would still get 15 PSI according to the boost gauge & the engine rane what I thought was perfectly & that's with a huge hole directly after the turbo! I didn't think this was the issue & did not see the problem when I went over the car.

What threw me off is when I would blow off IC pipes with the stock LH system the car would run like crap, blow black smoke out the exhaust & barely idle vs this time it would drive totally fine.

Anyways, the car seems pretty quick, not as quick as I was expecting but then again I have only had the car in 2nd gear which is 70+ mph, mechanic said 3rd gear is where it really moves. Hopefully tomorrow or this weekend I will be able to take it back into the dyno shop to get some dynojet numbers as well as see how it behaves on the highway.
