http://www.genuinesaab.com sells Nordic. Undoing it for dealer visits won't be all that convenient (don't even know if it's possible), so if that's a requirement not sure if that will help. Hirsch is the tuner for SAAB in the UK and dealers actually install and warranty those upgrades, but they are very expensive, and I'm not sure how that would work in the U.S.
I've got the PPC for my 2004 9-3SS Aero and I love it. I detuned it this afternoon in about 10 minutes for a visit to the dealer tomorrow to look at a faulty window. The PPC along with a JR sport filter and the car growls when under acceleration and is just much more fun to drive.
Make sure you stay on top of oil changes and other regular maintenance if you do tune the car, and you should probably plan on buying the highest octane gas available in your area once the car is tuned.
