You've got think about it like this, the DP will decrease spool time (which ain't high on the t25 anyway) and the car will make more power everywhere under the curve. There will definitely be a seat of the pants improvement, but the biggest thing is the DP will allow you to run more boost and make more power without getting awful EGT's. You need to do the DP and the cat so you can put some agressive software in there and make more power.

I woould wonder whether or not the t28 you are looking out is a direct bolt on unit. If not it could be pricey(or even impossible) to get it to work.
