Wait just a minute,
Frank actually programmed stage 4 to a T-25 turbo? How did that happen? I thought that your clutch was slipping from the power?
Some other ideas; Did the 94' have a 3" DP as well? How long did you let it adapt in the 94? Definitely check the BPC in the Aero, there is no way that it should be hitting 18psi without an overboost cut out and falling back to 16. Boost protection should kick in at 1bar. Maybe it is bad but this still upsets me.
Nathan, I understand why you might feel frustrated, and I certainly don't want this to sound condesceding, because I like chatting with you, and you seem to be a great guy, but(IMHO), I think that it was a poor choice in judgement to lash out on this board in a destructive tone without speaking to Automotion about all of this first. I don't know what the problem might be, but keep in mind that every company will have issues from time to time. Not to sound trite or cliche here, but I think that what seperates good professionals from the "nervous novices" is the ability to listen, react, and effectively correct the problem or mistake. Call Paul, I'm sure that he will do everything he is capable of to make you happy. If you are satisfied, I would hope that you will come back here and do the same. Good luck getting this sorted out, and E-mail me if I can be of any help. :o)
