Hey guys.
I know the range of wheels that will fit a 9000 are very limited and usually very expensive with the exception of Ronal. I'm in love with the BBS made ASA JS5's in 17, which fit NG900s, 9-3s, and 9-5s with the 5X110 bolt pattern. I was going to run them using the 4-5 lug adapter from Speedparts but that is apparently only for show use.
Question 1: is it possible, how reliable, and how costly might it be to have wheels' lug pattern filled and custom drilled? Has anyone ever heard of this, done this, or know someone who might be able to?
Question 2: the Ford focus shares the 4X108 bolt pattern with 9000s but wheel/tire sites don't list these same wheels as being available for SAABs. Is this because of their offset; will they not clear suspension/steering components without the use of spacers maybe? Most of the Focus 17" wheels are 17X7" with offsets ranging from 40-42.
Any insight would be great, thanks.
