I would go for 3/16 or 1/4. Should not be a problem with injector function.
I would still not want the glass products, as fuel+heat+time may allow for some erosion* of the surface and then you have glass in the cylinders. So why take any such risk? I think that the paper or synthetic fiber options will take the heat just fine. And non glass allows for better outcomes for cutting and finishing (sanding, filing, angling, port matching etc)
* not a melting or basic fast action solvent attack issue, somethings are like that such as fuel making cured silicone RTV to swell by 3x dimention or 9X in volume
