That review is still pretty accurate.

cliffnotes at bottom.

The main issue I'm having is consistency in my own ability to drive the thing. Not enough gas when starting off and the clutch engages over a much shorter span of pedal travel, so if I don't have enough gas to slip it a little bit the engine bogs.

fast shifting through the gears would definitely benefit from the lightened flywheel that I didn't get, this clutch has much less slippage on quick releases which can make the transition "jumpy" when going all out because the engine doesn't spin down quite enough to match the revs. So if you're ordering, do yourself a favor and spend $200 (or so) and get their lightened flywheel balanced right onto your new clutch.

long story short, it's rougher than a stock clutch, is tougher to drive smoothly and can bark the tires with a quick shift to second without much input from the gas pedal.
My opinion: I wouldn't have it anyother way. I already put solid rubber or poly mounts on all point of the motor/trans, I don't mind vibration, or a somewhat grabby engagement at times. Given what this clutch is capable of and the fact that I have a core ECU to send for SQR-izing while Frank is stateside, I'll give it a thumbs up.

Don't think it's grabby all the time, I have been able to (pretty consistenetly) drive it as smoothly as my stock clutch, the problem is the margin for error is razor thin compared to the relatively forgiving stock setup. In stop and go traffic when I start to get bored/pissed/annoyed I tend to get rougher engagements just because I'm not thinking well.

cliffnotes: it's not for everyone, it's a little raw, a little grabby and definitely much less forgiving than stock. That said, I wouldn't have it any other way.
