The tyre sizes are not exactly the same.
diametre 205/55/16 = 24.87"
diametre 225/50/16 = 24.85"
Now the load carrying capacity is going to be different, but most people just keep their tyre pressures the same which will effect tyre deflection about 1%. Also keep in mind that the wider tyre being put on a 6.5" wide wheel will also cause the tyre to bow also effecting its height. Beware of rubbing the fender wells on bumps and dips
Formula
225 (width in mm) X 50 [(aspect Ratio in %) DIVIDED by (2540, a constant of 25.4 X 100%) 25.4 is to convert mm to inches] X 2 (Radius, there are 2) + 16" (wheel diametre). Then to achieve the rolling radius multiply by 3.1415927
