dont adjust base boost. You should leave it exactly where it is if your running a cat in the 3 inch exhaust..if not then you will need to adjust...but dont do it till the ecu is in.
I definetly agree with redoing vac lines with silicone and doin some new if not poly mounts...specially the upper dogbone bushing
