It's rough being a small company

I know everyone can be miffed by what appears to be lack of customer support, but we;re not talking about Edelbrock or JEGS, it's a much smaller situation than that.
I've seen a number of small companies grow and thrive (mostly owned by members of my family) But it's no easy task.
What everyone has to realize is that the Saab market (while it has better people:D ) is not like the honda market, there are 1324081246813641346 hondas out there and everyone is looking for performance parts. Not so with Saabs so IMHO what the Saabers need to do is try to support these guys as much as we can.
Sure we'd all like to get an answer on the first ring, but the reality is if there are 2 guys in a shop welding things the phone isn't within reach or even heard. I haven't dealt with MP directly but I know all the Saab parts guys are small operations with few employees, and they are working to satisfy all of us Saabers out here in the USofA. It's difficult for them to satisfy everyone but I'm sure they're busting their humps to get it done. The last thing they want is someone who is dissatisfied or won't even placen an order.
If we all give these guys some time to grow we'll be pleased with the end results I'm sure. But that's just my opinion and I could be wrong.
