I finally have the Clutch kit installed that Dave at Lesco setup for my 97/Aero.
Lighten Flywheel, stock disc, modifed PP up to (450hp) I also installed new stock clutch line, master cylinder, and reused slave cylinder (looked new). Stock horse power right now. clutch grabs early which isnt too bad, 2-3 inches off the floor.

One Problem... soft clutch pedal and about 3 inches of free play. I thought upgraded PP is suppose to have a heavy feel? The pedal felt softer then stock. sometimes i have to double up on the clutch to engage into gears and sometimes i dont. No signs of slave leaking.
Bleed system many times with DOT 4 and also tried ATE super blue.

I hope its not the PP. Maybe its the slave cylinder. I read alot of posts having the same problem and switching back to Stock turbo disc and PP.
HOw much hp can the stock Clutch hold??? Sad if i have to take that Tranny back out after powertrain work and installtion...=(

Any ideas???
