I can't spell, that Van should be vac.
the higher the vacuum the better your economy.
of course, the higher you vacuum is the lower your fun meter is likely to be. What you must do is balance the vac with the fun (i.e. boost) meter so that you can achieve a balance of economy with joy. :D
