2.4 is much much nicer to work with then the 2.2 LH was & the AF graphs are much more level I am verry happy with what Ive done these should definatly pass emissions testing I get realy good closed loop operation with rock steady idle even with the 34 lb hour injectors :-) while keeping an almost perfect 11:1 AF ratio only varying by a few points over the whole RPM spread the other thing about 2.4 LH is that it seems a little more consistant then 2.2 LH
they are both setup on a 900 with a FMIC, brads split downpipe, 16G turbo, 2.1 head & intake
it used to be taylors red airflow & was here for quite a bit of work
I gave the customer the stage one custom to his car :-) he plans for now to keep power lower & longevity up
the only hard thing is finding the overboost map & have made over 80 changes to diferent maps & adresses & have been thru the whole area of maps & still dont have the overboost map :-( its definatly unconventional & I think its one or 2 adresses
the weard thing is that it will hold 20+ PSI boost if the boost comes up slow but if you are at like 4KRPM & stand on it it hits fuel cut
by 5KRPM if you let of & stand on it fuel cut is at like 16PSI
the car is leaving tomarrow night but Im gona go at it for 3 or 4 more hours tomarrow AM there is an area of programming which isent a map area just before the map area & Im gona run thru that area with the emulator making changes to other adresses & hopefully Ill get it tomarrow
worse case I have the maps done up niceley for stage one & 2
the stage 2 has a 7000RPM rev limit :-) & I find the overboost another time :-(with another car
I can get a customers car here even a stock one will do & simulate 5V at the AMM to trip the overboost & run thru the rom with the emulator to find it at another time
I just wanted you guys to know where I was at with it
take care
JAK
