I'm all for a stronger transmission, and I'd pay good money for a proven
solution to our common problem. Kudos to you for making headway on this issue.
BUT you will have a difficult time convincing me that more, smaller teeth can
withstand more force. It doesn't work that way. You will not have more teeth
meshing to share the load, you will just have 1-2 smaller teeth meshing, so how can
they carry more load?
For example, the standard cogs in a late-model Mustang GT manual are about
2x the size of our c900 boxes in size, weight, torque capacity and tooth size.
Note: An axle spline is completely different as all the "teeth" are meshed all the time.
