Hi Dave,
Congratulations on your Sonett! I have two- a '73 and a '74. How is the rust with your car? Rust seems to be the biggest problem- trunk area around battery, rockers, floorboards, etc. Rockers are an important structural part of the car and must be properly repaired or the car will break in half!
Keys- you're going to have to go to a locksmith to get them made, or try and find replacements from a parts car that have a key. Seat belts- find someone with a parts car or buy new. Vent window- you mean the little triangle window behind driver and passenger? You need the passenger side? I probably have one of those with mounting hardware I could send you. Exhaust gasket- what type of exhaust do you have? Is it stock or a Y-pipe style or something custom? Do you have the little metal donut spacers that go between the pipe and the head? As for interior rugs and such, do a computer search for "Jack Ashcraft" and you'll find he's a great source for replacement Sonett interiors. Actually, his son Mark recently took over the business. Lower radiator to heater box hose- not sure I know which hose you mean. The lower radiator connects to the water pump. Upper hose connects to a wacky filler tube that doubles as a structural member!
First thing you need is repair manuals- you need two. First you need a copy of the factory Sonett manual which you can get from Chip Lamb at West of Sweden. Second you need a drivetrain manual- either a Haynes manual or a factory manual. Chip can get you the later.
