Rolling the car will most likely not break it loose. You can either beat on the drum (literally) for a while with a hammer or try to muscle it free by putting a long bar in between 2 lug bolts and jumping on it. If you take the second route be careful not to snap or bend the bolts. I'd try hammer first. I dont see how you could get a lubricant in there and I dont know that using a torch would work.
