Hi Jim,
Yep, these are just for the seats. From napa I also bought the bronco II valves. I had valve stem seals from a gasket set, and I took these parts to a machinist who did the dirty work.
I didnt use different valve guides and I did not buy heavier springs. I have an F4 cam (not as fierce as the F66) and sometimes there is valve floating and the motor wont rev up above ~4500rpms since the stock springs are a little weak for that cam. If you do a cam, buy heavier springs. Mark Ashcraft has all this available by the way.
One step further here, if you do a cam, get the F66. My F4 has no difference in idle quality and if you plan on installing heavier springs, just get the extra few hp out of that F66 cam. It'll pull better up top and I doubt your idle will change.
I suppose there are other things to replace which I did not, that will freshen up your engine. Valve guides, as you mentioned, cam bearings, and you can build upon this list until the cost is scary.
