So, after my last bout with jb weld and still not having received my clutch master, I decided to learn from the lessons of my previous attempt. This time I made sure of a longer cure time for the jb weld as well as using a heat source to accelerate cure and make better use of time.
And it worked! I tried smashing it on the ground and with a couple tools, no dice. Installed it after lubing up the plunger, and I now have glorious clutch action.
I started a blog to document the work I've been doing. Tomorrow I'll get around to writing up today's adventures (with video!):
