Bought a fuel pump from ebay that was a sealed different from the rebuild able one I had in my 74 sonett. Mine was leaking but can't rebuild because I can find a kit. On the new one I bought was new but hd bigger outputs. It was oe. I put it on tonight and could not get it to pump to the carb. The seller Said it would work It had two outlet. Bottom and top. I put the the gas line from the tank on the bottom outlet and the top of the pump outlet to the carb. My old one did not have a top bottom There was no instruction but I think I was right. No fuel went to the carb. Advice? I even switch line to see if that was the problem. But did not work.
So I went to bled my slave for the clutch. This sonett is one I am trying to bring back and the previous owner was trying to restore but half ass and screwed with stuff. So what I found on the reservoir has two outlets. The one to the side has no hose sp could not bleed.
Where does this outlet go to. Te one one the bottom goes to the master slave. Thanks for the help
