Thanks Stephen!
I collect all sorts of affordable classics (and I should stop doing it because its becoming un-affordable).
As to the Anglia, haha NO, I don't dress up with it but my nephews and nieces want to one day. I can't take it out that much. I tried to take it to the movies once and when I came back there was a security guard next to it. People tried to get in to find magic wands and stuff. I drive it to Starbucks on a run and I end having to wait for people to take pictures with it, even the baristas haha once. Took it to a neighbor's barbecue because his kids wanted to see it, I come out and all of the glass has finger and face prints, neighbors took pictures, nothing too burdensome if washing this type of a car by hand isn't burdensome, etc. I don't mind showing it and all, but its hard to leave it park out of sight. Girls want to sit on the "bonnet" for pictures, you have to say no, people want to lean on it with jeans, I have to tell them not lean so that they don't scratch the paint... Ah c'mon, just joking, I love this car, its great it gets the attention it deserves!
Looking forward to having my Sonett be a finish survivor resto with the effort and quality as this one.
Real Studio Prop left in the car.
