I thought the differences in the II and III were primarily the body, and the metal under parts were essentially the same. there were long sections it did not look like I could acess, plus the output ends looked totally inaccessible, especially on the ends with the defrost out , but given your comments and my assumption that they are the same I will take another look. I got a flexible plastic hose for automotive use of the right diameter. The only one it looks like I could really get to is the one that looks like it doesnt need to be replaced.
