Anyone Ever Convert Headlight Mechanism to Electric Posted by NVPatentLawyer [Email] (#2514) [Profile/Gallery] (more from NVPatentLawyer) on Sat, 6 Apr 2019 13:03:28 In Reply to: Re: tilt mech on the headlights, jlw, Fri, 25 Aug 2006 21:10:34 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I am new to the Board, so please excuse me if this has been covered before. I am currently restoring a Sonett and I would like to convert the hood to tilt. I thought if an electric mechanism could replace the Rube Goldberg contraption for the headlights it would be easy to tilt the hood without having to disconnect the linkage. I was thinking a mechanism from a Miata or similar. Has anyone tried that? Thanks.
