Our carb (came in a box of parts with the car) turns out to be a Weber 32 DFD, so first off the primary and secondary are switched from the DGV. We'll have to cobble together a cable throttle actuator I guess like Jonathan's. I'd prefer push/pull rods, but no way to make that work without a bell crank somewhere to reverse the throw of the original actuator.
The 'new' carb (new 30 years ago, sitting in it's box since) makes the engine freely rev an insane amount though, even just on the primary.
