First, make sure the fluid is actually getting from the reservoir to the master cylinder. If yes, most likely you've just got leaky seals in either the master cylinder, the slave cylinder, or both. Sometimes you can spot this by visual inspection (take the slave cylinder off the clutch housing to inspect it; easy, only one bolt) or you might have to try disconnecting the hose and having someone work the pedal GENTLY to see if fluid pumps out. Either way, the good news is you shouldn't have to pull the engine! (unless so much fluid has escaped from the slave cylinder that the flywheel and/or clutch disc is contaminated.)
The bad news is that whichever unit is the problem will probably need a rebuild, and in fact if the car has been sitting a long time you might as well rebuild both of them and get it out of the way. No, I don't know where to get rebuild kits, unless WOS or MSS or JASP has them...
